Lead. Inspire. Manage. REPEAT!

Stone Solutions Consulting, LLC

Stone Solutions Consulting provides services in management consulting, executive coaching, project management, strategic planning, and leadership development training for individuals and teams.

The focus is on SWOT to gain an understanding of what is and is not working for the individuals and organization. The objective is to develop or improve their overall management skills, master the art of delegation, implement succession planning, focus on strategic thinking, and, more importantly, gain self-confidence!

The ultimate goal is to navigate the complexities of leading people and managing processes. I break down each step into a very simple approach, providing those “Aha” moments, so the concept suddenly becomes clear.

You don’t know what you don’t know.

Once you know better, you do better.

Work smarter, not harder.

If you always do what you have always done, you will always be what you have always been.

If you say you CAN’T, you are right.  If you say you CAN, you are right!

Are you a new manager?
  • Have you recently been promoted to a management role because you excelled at your job?  We have seen numerous times where people are put into a management role, but never provided adequate training. It is called Baptism by Fire, which is not the answer!
Do you have someone on your team who has a problem for every solution?
  •   Or someone who doesn’t “play nice in the sandbox”? There are a lot of questions to ask and get firm answers on, to find the right solution.
Does your company have a lot of turnover?
  • There are several factors to consider when looking at turnover.  What is the cost per hire?  What is your turnover percentage? What the standard turnover should be? Is it a specific department?  How does that align with the culture of the company?

How I Can Help

·        Classroom Training is 4-hours or two, 2-hour sessions. (In person)

·        One-on-one weekly sessions of up to 1-hour. (Phone call)

Amy has been one the best leaders I had ever reported to. I use the term leader and not manager because while she was my manager, she has the skill and tact to be a true leader, a leader that people want to follow. Amy always made sure we had the tools and resources we needed to be successful. The advice and mentoring she passed on to me have proven to be invaluable already. Cannot recommend her enough!

Rating: 5 out of 5.

I was fortunate to be hired and mentored by Amy. She is a very detail oriented and organized manager. Amy takes great pride in her work and the work of those that report to her. She was always available, patient, understanding, and knowledgeable. She trained me and mentored me in my leadership development through her vast experience and opened my eyes to new ways of thinking and process improvements. She would be an asset to any company with her diversity and many mastered skill sets.

I had the pleasure of working for Amy as a direct report station manager. Amy has a great personality, she’s a go-getter and has a great work ethic. Amy knows how to cut to the chase and work with her team to solve problems. Amy would be a great asset to any company!
